The following statements are intended to inform the Customer of the potential risks involved in trading on financial markets. This disclosure forms an integral part of the customer agreement. Please note that not all risks can be comprehensively covered due to the complexity of trading.

Customers lack statutory compensation protections and should seek independent advice before trading the Company's products. Trading involves substantial risks, and participants can lose their entire investment.

Online trading involves substantial risks. The Company provides no investment, tax, or legal advice beyond general consultations. Customers should not risk more than what they are prepared to lose and must understand the risks before trading.

Margin trading amplifies market movements' impact on accounts. Even small market movements may have a great impact on a Customer's Trading Account due to the effect of leverage. Customers may lose their entire initial margin plus additional deposits if market trends move against them.

Risks from system failures include hardware, software, internet connectivity issues, improper equipment operation, and incorrect terminal settings. The Company acknowledges potential communication delays during peak trading periods and increased execution times during abnormal market conditions.

Only one instruction queues at a time and closing order windows does not cancel already-submitted instructions. The server is the only reliable quote source; terminal quotes may be incomplete during poor connections.

Customers assume risks from missed or delayed notifications. Unencrypted email lacks protection from unauthorised access, and internal messages are deleted five days after sending, regardless of receipt status. Customers also bear risks from force majeure events and from prohibited financial market operations under their jurisdiction's laws.
